Dr Jack Lee
Dr Jack Lee is Lecturer in the Biomedical Engineering Department within the School of Biomedical Engineering & Imaging Sciences at King’s College London. The major focus of his group is on characterising the pathophysiology of whole-heart cardiac perfusion and mechanics, and in order to address this, a combination of image & signal processing techniques, finite element analysis, and inverse parameterisation to patient-specific clinical data are employed. These models combined with advanced clinical imaging allow personalised modelling pipelines to diagnose disease, add refined interpretation to the medical data and predict outcomes of interventions.
