I completed both my bENG in biomedical engineering and my MSc in healthcare technologies at
KCL. Both my projects were based on helping provide sensorisation to a soft robot to allow for
safe navigation of the breast to detect cancer (this method would avoid the radiation exposure
caused by current methods).
My PhD focuses on assisting the design of surgical robots so that they can be used safely in
neurointerventional procedures. My passion lies in surgical robotics and neurotechnology
(particularly myoelectric prostheses) to help treat and assist patients.
